You know how I need to cut back on blogging? Yeah, well, I’ve been doing a pretty good job at that. And my work has been benefitting. But it seems I can’t resist the lure of NaBloPoMo in November. (I’ve done it three years in a row.) So, here’s the deal. I’m going to commit to putting up a post once a day for the month of November. But it’s not going to be pretty. I am going to limit the amount of time I can spend on blogging. I haven’t quite figured out what the time limit should be, but I’m thinking along the lines of 20 minutes a day, at least for most days. Maybe I’ll say that I can spend longer on a post as long as I don’t spend more than 10 hours in the month. Sound reasonable?
So, either this means I will just post a few photos, or I will ramble on in an unedited manner. Consider yourselves warned.
You can’t be any crazier than I am, because I’ve actually considered doing it too. With a baby due in three days and all. ;)
Bring it on! We can handle whatever unedited ramblings you can throw our way. I dare ya!
(Also, I am in awe of Leslie for even considering doing NaBloPoMo. That’s dedication to the Internet for ya.)
Wow. I was coming to say, “Me too! And here’s proof that you are not as crazy as I am blah blah blah.” But, eh, Leslie really did win this round! (Good luck, Leslie!!!)
I have been thinking about it because my ill-fated attempt at NaBloPoMo last year actually helped me get to know a lot of the people that I now treasure, including you. (I was surfing randomly through the “Randomizer”… when I came to yours… I think…)
I think I will always have time to post. The issue is more in reading and commenting on other blogs. I DO read your posts when they show up in my email inbox though! :-)
Good luck with everything! And I look forward to getting your post DAILY!
I think this is a great idea! At least if you can stick to the self-imposed time limit. Sometimes imposing a limitation can make you more creative… I’m looking forward to seeing how it goes. and I promise to read them all!
And even if it just ends up being photos, I love your photos, so that would not be a failure either.
Heh, that’s what I do all the time, 365 days a year…
I’ve been so busy I didn’t even realize it was NaBloPoMo again!
